Technology Sales Specialist
Are you motivated by connection and driven by results? The Gurka Agency is hiring a Technology Sales Specialist who thrives on conversations, understands the value of listening, and can turn customer needs into tailored wireless and connectivity solutions.
In this role, you’ll focus on in-person outreach, building trust with new customers, and offering technology and mobility products that align with their goals. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, confident in direct communication, and eager to develop sales expertise through hands-on experience.
What You’ll Do:
Engage with customers in-store to present wireless products and services
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through consultative conversation
Close sales with clarity, confidence, and integrity
Track activity and feedback to support continuous improvement
Represent the values and professionalism of The Gurka Agency at every touchpoint
What You Bring:
Great interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect
Enthusiasm for working with people in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and grow
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
