VEGA Americas, Inc. is a fast-growing organization looking for an Outside Sales Representative covering the Tulsa, OK market , This is an entry-level position designed for individuals looking to launch a career in industrial sales. The primary purpose of this role is to build customer relationships, drive sales growth, and develop the foundational skills necessary for long-term success in outside sales. The Tier 1 Sales Representative will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience while promoting VEGA's innovative sensor solutions within an assigned territory.

• Support the execution of strategic sales plans to help drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in your territory.
• Learn and promote VEGA's complete line of industrial sensor products and solutions.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outreach and research.
• Develop strong customer relationships by applying VEGA's IMPACT sales process and becoming a reliable point of contact.
• Attend sales visits, product demos, and meetings with experienced sales staff to gain hands-on experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using VEGA's CRM system (TopVis).
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with basic issue resolution to ensure customers receive an outstanding VEGA Experience.
• Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to provide well-rounded solutions to customer challenges.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve customer needs. · Participate in team huddles and contribute to continuous improvement discussions.
• Drive 16 Quality Sales Visits each week based on phone and in person prospecting.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma;
• OR One (1) to Two (2) years of related experience or equivalent

Technical Sales Reps receive:

• Sales Training Program
• Laptop, iPad, and iPhone
• Eligible for our Auto Program

Must reside within the market.

Spanish language fluency preferred
