Are you a professional who is amiable, well-organized, and skilled at multitasking? To be the friendly face of our business, we are searching for a lively receptionist! Being the initial point of contact for customers and guests in this crucial position will help to foster a welcoming and expert atmosphere.
What You're Going to Do:
Greet guests with a smile and offer assistance.
Handle incoming calls and questions
Continue to keep the reception area neat and inviting.
Support our team administratively as required.
Organize meetings and manage schedules.

Monday 9:30 - 5:30
Tuesday 9:00 - 5:00

Dentacon software knowledge is a plus
Bilingual not required but preferred
