Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions while creating a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue.
\n
• Facilitating both couples therapy sessions and individual sessions to address challenges such as conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, and coping strategies.

• Working with a diverse clientele, addressing issues including, but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job-related stress, blended family dynamics, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Continuously evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, employing the latest methodologies in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. By specializing in family dynamics, your work will focus on addressing significant issues such as conflicts within family systems, the effects of trauma, and transitions in family structures. Your role directly contributes to improved mental health outcomes through effective interventions and support.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.

• An active state license to practice therapy.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At The Mental Health of the Coast Clinic, we recognize the valuable contributions of our therapists. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
