School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Arlington Heights, Illinois

Qualifications & Experience: Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent Active Illinois SLP License Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech Endorsement CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student Provide direct therapy and monitor student progress with engaging, evidence-based interventions Document services and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student success Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district regulations This contract opportunity provides a chance to fully immerse yourself in the school community on a consistent, supportive schedule.
