Qualifications and Required Experience Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility Previous experience with pediatric populations, particularly in a school setting, is highly valued Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for pediatric speech therapy Primary Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students Deliver speech-language therapy individually and in groups Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each child's progress Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Enjoy a rewarding benefits package, including comprehensive health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), and competitive weekly pay.
