FRONT DESK COORDINATOR (GROWTH TRACK TO OFFICE MANAGER) Anointed Hands Wellness – [City/State] Employment Type: Full-Time (35–40 hours/week) Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8 AM–7 PM, Friday 8 AM–2 PM, rotating Saturdays ABOUT US Anointed Hands Wellness is a holistic recovery and rehabilitation clinic dedicated to restoring movement, promoting healing, and helping clients thrive through compassionate and evidence-based care. We provide services including craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, MLS laser, cryotherapy, vibration board, BrainTap, PEMF therapy, massage, assisted stretching, and more. ROLE OVERVIEW The Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact and is responsible for creating a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience for every client. This role begins with foundational front desk responsibilities, with structured opportunities to advance into leadership, marketing, and management. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Client Experience Greet every client warmly by name within 10 seconds of entry Check clients in and out accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, calm, and professional lobby environment Communication & Scheduling Manage phone calls, texts, and emails; reply within the same business day Confirm client paperwork is completed before appointments Maintain accurate scheduling to ensure optimal therapist utilization Sales & Membership Support Educate clients on services, programs, and memberships Assist clients with booking services and purchasing packages Promote specials, events, and rewards programs Operations & Organization Maintain systems for payments, documentation, and inventory Process payments and monitor accounts for accuracy Follow opening and closing procedures for the clinic GROWTH TRACK – TRAINING TOWARD OFFICE MANAGER As performance and reliability are demonstrated, responsibilities will expand to include: Staff support and schedule coordination Event and marketing support Community networking and referral building KPI and revenue tracking Leadership of systems and special projects Growth is based on performance, not tenure. A proactive, accountable, and motivated candidate will be supported in advancing.
