We are seeking a reliable and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient front office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation
Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Check patients out, collect payments, and review follow-up instructions
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Handle patient concerns with professionalism and discretion
Ensure compliance with office policies and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1–2 years of front desk or medical office experience preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and scheduling software
Ability to handle high patient volume with attention to detail
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a medical or dermatology office
Knowledge of insurance verification and basic billing processes
