We're looking for a friendly and dedicated Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, guiding them through their insurance needs with a warm and helpful approach. Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, and billing.
Provide clear and accurate information to customers, explaining policy details and options.
Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and claims processing.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
A positive and empathetic demeanor when interacting with clients.
Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Must have at least 3 work references.
