Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED; technical training or certifications preferred 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience). Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems (drives, bearings, pumps, pneumatics/hydraulics). Basic electrical knowledge and ability to safely troubleshoot motors, and control circuits using meters and standard test equipment. Ability to read and interpret work orders, equipment manuals, schematics, and mechanical drawings. Working knowledge of safe work practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and machine guarding requirements. Ability to work a regular day shift schedule.
