About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Internal Audit, Finance, to lead and execute risk-based audit engagements across finance-related processes. The role assesses controls and governance, identifies risks and opportunities for improvement, and partners with stakeholders throughout audit engagements. Responsibilities also include supporting audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting, while using data and analytics to strengthen audit effectiveness. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or accounting, along with a strong foundation in accounting and auditing. Experience leading audits from planning through reporting and knowledge of U.S. GAAP are required; banking or financial services experience is preferred. A CPA or equivalent certification is preferred, as are strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
