Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in crisis consultation and contribute to the development of pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

• Ensure accurate documentation that meets regulatory standards while utilizing evidence-based screening tools for effective diagnosis.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing client engagement and recovery.

• Actively participate in the licensing and accreditation processes to maintain organizational compliance and quality assurance.

• Serve as a liaison between service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering strong relationships to facilitate patient care.

• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to meet contract standards and further the mission of our clinic.

• Identify and explore potential alliances and funding sources by building networks within local, state, and federal entities.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
