This position is remote, providing flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring you remain an integral part of a collaborative team dedicated to transformative healthcare. Our clinic operates through a community health setting, focusing primarily on early intervention services for children and their families. The remote nature of this role allows you to effectively balance professional responsibilities while maintaining a healthy work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children aged zero to three, identifying developmental milestones and areas requiring support.

• Actively participate in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring interventions to fit the needs and goals of each child and family.
\n
• Monitor and document outcomes, ensuring ongoing communication and collaboration with team members to provide comprehensive care.
\n
• Engage with families through coaching and support to enhance their child’s development in a natural learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to recommend strategies that promote positive developmental outcomes for children.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding social work and early intervention practices.
\n
• Facilitate the provision of community resources and support services to families, empowering them to engage actively in their child's growth.
\n
• Develop and nurture strong therapeutic relationships with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members, fostering trust and a supportive atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on children from birth to three years old, particularly those experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, you will work closely with families to create individualized approaches that address unique challenges in physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills development. Your role will greatly contribute to bridging gaps in access to mental health services and supporting the growth of vulnerable populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate in Social Work.

• Must hold a current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
\n
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and early intervention methodologies.
\n
• Proficient in adapting approaches to meet the varied learning styles of children and families.
\n
• Excellent organizational, time management, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Respectful and collaborative mindset when engaging with team members and families.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is preferred.

• Fluency in a second language is highly encouraged to better serve diverse clientele.

• Experience utilizing various therapeutic techniques tailored for young audiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
