Cabinet Sales - Territory Managers

Cabinet Sales/Territory Managers Century Cabinetry is a leading regional cabinet manufacturer and distributor located in Eastern Pennsylvania. Serving the residential new construction and distributor markets since 1976, Century Cabinetry continues to grow and is seeking an enthusiastic, sales‑driven professional to join our team. As a Cabinet Sales/Territory Managers, you will work closely with a team of skilled Kitchen Design/Sales Representatives to deliver quality cabinetry, exceptional service, and strong customer relationships. Our team of cabinet sales professionals deliver excellence in both products & service across the Northeastern corridor with emerging markets serving MD/VA/NC. Qualifications Account management experience within the cabinet industry preferred Background in the residential and/or commercial builder industryJobsite and construction management experience a plus Strong oral and written communication skills Results‑oriented and self‑motivated Ability to understand assigned territory, including competition and potential new accounts Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred Experience with 2020 cabinetry design software preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Responsibilities Drive cabinetry sales to achieve budgeted revenue and new business growth goals Develop and implement territory strategies to increase revenue and profitability Build and maintain strong business relationships with builders and distributors Conduct regular client visits, including training on Century products and competitive advantages Establish new accounts while servicing an existing portfolio Maintain integrity and high‑quality business relationships Represent Century Cabinetry professionally while adhering to company policies and procedures Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Salary plus commission (salary based on experience) Health care benefits Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle or company car provided 401(k) with 6% company match Founded in 1976, Century Cabinetry has followed three simple objectives; Quality, Style and Value.
