Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of clients while establishing trusting relationships built on professional ethics and respect. Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's unique challenges and developmental history. Regularly meet with clients to track their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Craft, implement, and monitor personalized treatment strategies, focusing on measurable outcomes and client engagement. Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards. Participate in individual supervision sessions for ongoing professional growth. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided to clients. Stay current with mental health trends and practices by participating in training and development opportunities. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clientele will include adults and adolescents dealing with a range of mental health disorders, particularly those requiring outpatient therapeutic support. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, substance dependency, and various life stressors. Current, unrestricted LPCC license issued by the state of California. A minimum of one year of direct clinical experience in an outpatient setting is necessary. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, preference may be given to candidates with experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse recovery, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to successful candidates.
