Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our center, you will work in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technology. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop tailored treatment plans that address their individual needs.
• Implement hands-on therapeutic techniques, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and restore functional movement.
• Educate patients about their conditions and the recovery process, providing them with strategies and resources to enhance their rehabilitation journey.
• Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including occupational therapists and physicians, to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior staff and contribute to the overall development of the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New York State.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, particularly in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for accurate documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

Sustain Recovery Rehab Center offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
