Staffing Recruiter

Tulsa, OK | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We’re growing and looking for a Staffing Recruiter who knows how to find great people, build strong relationships, and keep the hiring pipeline moving. If you’re energetic, organized, and love matching talent with opportunity, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and outreach
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and placement with clients
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation

What You Need

Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‐moving environment
Comfortable making calls, following up, and driving results
Positive attitude and a team‐focused mindset

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with industrial, skilled trades, or manufacturing staffing
Familiarity with ATS systems and job board platforms
Bilingual skills
