Senior Recruiter

Compensation: $ 25 - 30 /hour, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Recruiter to join their team! This is a strong opportunity for a recruiting professional who can step in quickly, manage multiple priorities, and deliver a polished experience for candidates and hiring managers. You’ll support a busy talent acquisition team with corporate recruiting, interview coordination, screening, and onboarding support while helping keep hiring moving in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruiting strategy Review resumes and applications for qualified candidates Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide hiring summaries Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process Support pre-employment checks and onboarding tasks Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system Assist with sourcing for hard-to-fill and specialized roles Collaborate with HR and business leaders on hiring priorities Support recruiting initiatives that strengthen the employer brand Required Qualifications & Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Experience in corporate, agency, or high-volume recruiting environments Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organization and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Experience using applicant tracking systems High school diploma or GED required Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting Background in onboarding or employment screening Familiarity with employer branding or recruiting marketing Experience supporting university or early career recruiting Exposure to visa or work authorization support processes 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary, Short-term and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information: Onsite schedule Monday through Thursday Work from home on Fridays Collaborative team environment with cross-functional HR partnership Our client unable to provide sponsorship at this time.
