About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Human Resources to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as a senior HR advisor, leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives and support a high-performing work culture. This role is pivotal in addressing workforce opportunities and challenges, particularly in the context of delivering high-quality, accessible care. The Executive Director will be responsible for workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. They will also be involved in discussions around compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to attract and retain top talent. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 8-10 years' of experience in HR, organizational development, or a related field, with a similar tenure in a leadership role. The role requires in-depth knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and labor regulations, as well as strong leadership and team development skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in HR technology, data analysis, and reporting. The Executive Director will also be expected to manage change effectively and foster a positive work culture during organizational transitions.
