Impactful Family Services & Housing Coordinator

Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a Family Service Coordinator to deliver housing support and services for families in the Affordable Housing Portfolio. You will work with the Property Manager and staff to assess needs, connect residents with resources, and promote wellbeing. You will provide trauma-informed care, life skills training, and motivational interviewing, coordinating with providers to improve resident outcomes and opportunities, including youth programming where appropriate. #J-18808-Ljbffr Volunteers of America Colorado
