Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support month-end close, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance. This role involves journal entries, reconciliations, accounts receivable analysis, and collaboration on reporting and budgeting.

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close
• Perform account and bank reconciliations
• Review transactions and monitor accounts receivable
• Assist with sales tax filings, payroll processing, and 1099 reporting
• Support budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
• Maintain fixed asset records and internal controls
• Identify process improvements and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of general ledger and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
