Primary Objective:
The Order Puller is responsible for obtaining product that is scheduled for shipment. This includes operating lift truck 
equipment, operating barcode scanner devices, and physically loading trailers.

Major Function and Scope: 
• Pulling and scanning orders from inventory
• Transport correct stock item and appropriate number of units from inventory for shipment
• Operate electric tugger
• Load and unload elevated bins
• Manually handling stacks of cardboard or plastic
• May be required to pack and label products that are scheduled for shipment
• May be required to operate powered industrial trucks/equipment such as forklifts, lift trucks, etc. to move 
materials
• Attend any job-related training deemed necessary by supervision 
• Follow all established standard operating and safety procedures as well as company policies
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

Type of Experience and Knowledge:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Lift Truck Certification preferred
• Successful completion of all required on the job training
• Successful completion of all required health and environmental safety training
• May be required to use department specific database systems such as: AS400
• Reads and writes in standard English and proficient performing basic math calculations such as addition and 
subtraction
• 1 year of Lift Truck experience preferred

• Ability to operate on-board RF equipment
