Our challenge

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong LOB/business engagement , expertise in business process/workflow analysis , and experience working in an Agile banking environment . The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into prioritized user stories and work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Additional Information*

\n

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $115K - $120K/Year & benefits (see below).

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and pain points.
\n
• Create and manage product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
\n
• Lead Agile ceremonies and prioritize features based on business value.
\n
• Strong understanding of Banking/Financial Services business processes.
\n
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder and LOB relationship management skills.
\n
• Working knowledge of SQL, databases, and data analysis .
\n
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
\n
• Work closely with technology teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
\n
• Analyze data and validate requirements using SQL and database queries.
