Program Manager III - Cell Lab (GMP)

Program Manager III supporting a GMP laboratory in Wisconsin manages client relationships, program delivery, and cross-functional coordination for complex life-science projects. Reports to laboratory management and serves as primary liaison between clients, business development, and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure on-time delivery of program objectives
- Oversee program status monitoring, timelines, budgets, and alignment with client needs
- Coordinate complex stability launches and manage FTE project setup and completion
- Generate weekly forecasts and monitor FTE utilization and spending against client budgets
- Lead client communications, manage contract renewals, and train junior program managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal qualification
- 7+ years related experience in program or project management
- FTE project management experience with financial forecasting responsibilities
- GMP regulations knowledge preferred
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in verbal, written, and presentation communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
