Senior Brand Manager - Boston

Job Summary Senior Brand Manager – Grooming sector (Gillette, Venus, Braun). Responsible for brand building, strategy, and driving business results across marketing, sales, finance, supply, advertising, and media. Key Responsibilities Contribute to and execute strategies within the team/organization. Identify and lead development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products. Work on well-defined focus on one or more brands, channels, lines or categories. Collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning. Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor with more direct supervision. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s, preferably in Business. Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills. Strong analytical thinking and ability to drive innovation and brand growth. Strong communication and team capabilities. Ability to work under limited supervision and determine own priorities. Strong collaboration skills for internal influencing and sharing important information. Experience in developing knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements. Willingness to be geographically mobile. Compensation and Benefits Starting Pay/Salary Range: $110,000 – $165,300 per year. Total rewards include salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits.
