Qualifications:
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, Peachtree, or similar programs
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong data entry and reconciliation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Process invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile accounts and cash receipts
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Generate reports and assist with daily accounting functions
