When you join our turnaround welding crew, you won’t pay a dime to get to your job sites. That means:* We pay for your airfare to and from every job with no hidden costs* Hotel rooms are covered (shared with just one crew member) so you rest easily* Rental car provided – just bring your valid driver’s license* $25/hour base pay + $15/hour travel time pay and $30/day per diem for meals and incidentals**Why We Cover Your Travel**Because we know the best welders are on the move, and travel expenses shouldn’t eat into your hard-earned paycheck. Join a team that values your skills and treats you right from your first flight to your last weld.**The Job**You’ll weld stainless steel structures at power plants nationwide using the Flux-Core process.
