Experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, supplier account management, or a related accounting function.

Working knowledge of the retail purchase order lifecycle.

Hands-on experience matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.

Understanding of EDI transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping notices.

Experience working with large retailers, retail suppliers, or high-volume purchasing environments.

Experience conducting complex supplier statement reviews and account reconciliations.
-
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial or purchasing workflows.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and macros.
