Employment structure Full-time Location: Austin, TX Experience level: Entry level; 0–2 years preferred Role Summary TESIM Electric is seeking a Accounts Payable Clerk – Entry Level to help process vendor invoices and maintain accurate payable records. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work. What You’ll Do Receive, enter, code, and route invoices for review and approval. Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation. Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams about missing information. Maintain organized records and assist with statement review and routine reconciliations. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 0–2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, office, retail cash office, or data-entry experience. Basic Excel and strong numerical accuracy. Integrity, confidentiality, and consistent follow-through.
