Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions during initial appointments to identify individual needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

• Provide engaging and effective one-on-one therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices to treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based, ensuring they reflect client goals and measurable outcomes.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when clients present with acute mental health emergencies, providing immediate support to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and community resources available to assist in their journey towards wellness.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, including detailed assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures, adhering to both ethical and legal standards in documentation.

• Adhere to established ethical guidelines and state regulations relevant to counseling practices, including maintaining client confidentiality and informed consent.

• Provide culturally sensitive service tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients from various backgrounds, enhancing their therapeutic experience.

• Engage in regular collaborative team meetings with other mental health professionals to discuss client care strategies and improve service delivery.

You will work with a diverse client base, ranging from children to adults and seniors, exhibiting a wide array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a related field, with strong competencies in providing outpatient therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an attractive sign-on bonus to qualified candidates!
