We're looking for a hands-on leader who can oversee facilities and maintenance operations, elevate the resident experience, and develop high-performing teams. Here's What You'll Get to Do:

• Lead Property Operations: Oversee facilities, maintenance, resident services, property administration, and contract compliance across our portfolio.
• Make Things Run Better: Develop and implement processes, policies, and strategies that improve efficiency, service, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Champion the Resident Experience: Ensure residents receive responsive, professional, and exceptional service while identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Lead & Develop Your Team: Supervise, mentor, motivate, and hold Maintenance and Resident Services teams accountable for delivering outstanding results.
• Drive Portfolio Growth: Partner with the VP of Property Management and senior leadership on new acquisitions, property onboarding, and opportunities to expand our management portfolio.
• Build Strong Relationships: Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, residents, and internal teams while identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow partnerships.
• Know Your Numbers: Analyze financial statements, operational reports, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive profitability.
• Solve Problems & Drive Results: Tackle challenges head-on, think creatively, and continuously look for ways to improve property performance and the resident experience.

What You'll Bring to the Party:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field preferred, with 10+ years of progressive property management experience , including 5-7 years in a leadership role ; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of property management operations, facilities, maintenance, and financial management.
• Proven ability to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive operational excellence.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities, including experience with budgets and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• A can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves, solve problems, and get things done.

Relevant certifications, such as a real estate license or NAA designation, are a plus.
