Industrial Press Operator - Second Shift Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.32 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am )
- Operate machinery and production equipment to manufacture and assemble rubber products.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production facility safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production schedules to meet daily goals.
- Maintain a clean work area and assist with routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
Industrial Press Operator - Second Shift Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout a scheduled shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening requirements, including background check and/or drug screen as applicable.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
