Accounting Assistant

Bilingual English/Japanese (Read and Write) Support Accounting Manager 5-10 years of general accounting experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of financial reporting and the general ledger structure. Participate in annual audits and provide requested documents to auditors in a timely manner. Ensure daily payment checks are issued. Complete the month-end closing process in a timely manner. Monitor customer credit limits and accounts receivable balances to ensure timely payments. Handle state and L&I tax filings. Communicate with CPA offices. Manage daily data entry, monthly reconciliations, 1099 processing, annual financial closing (coordinate with accounting firms), and tax-related interactions with IRS and other agencies. #J-18808-Ljbffr Interplace, Inc.
