Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,140–$1,185 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 10 weeks Shift: Day shift, 5x8 Start date: 08/17/2026 Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital On-call duties may be assigned based on location and operational needs Responsibilities Provide general nursing care to assigned patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Medical Doctor according to established policy and the nursing process Conduct routine visits and participate in the development and implementation of an interdisciplinary plan of care Administer medications and perform clinical procedures (e.g., phlebotomy, injections, drug screens) as assigned Support patient and family teaching, discharge planning, and caregiver education in collaboration with the care team Order and restock supplies as needed; maintain neatness and safety in assigned areas Perform other related duties as assigned; on-call duties may be required per agency needs Requirements Licensure: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure in the state of practice (California) or equivalent, as required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers required Experience: At least two years of recent experience in the field Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred Additional: Ability to work in a short-term acute care hospital setting; arrhythmia certification preferred; valid driver’s license preferred Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Fast credentialing process Extension opportunities Nationwide assignments Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
