Securities & Commodities Sales Agent for AI Training [Remote]

Apply your securities and commodities market expertise to design and author realistic, multi-step evaluation tasks that train and benchmark next-generation AI agents. Work with authentic market datasets and documentation to create complex scenarios that test market judgment, compliance sensitivity, and client advisory accuracy. No prior AI experience is required; domain knowledge and practical trading/advisory experience are central.

• Design realistic evaluation tasks simulating complex activities in securities and commodities trading, client advisory, and compliance reasoning.
• Source, compile, and curate authentic supporting materials, including CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical or regulatory documentation.
• Define and justify correct market decisions or advisory actions, explicitly accounting for compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Author detailed scoring rubrics of 35+ items to assess agent performance across market judgment, compliance sensitivity, and client communication accuracy.
• Ensure tasks reflect day-to-day operational complexity rather than simplified scenarios.
• Collaborate with technical and benchmarking teams to clarify task intent and refine evaluation standards.

• Required skills: sales mastery, strong market judgment, compliance sensitivity, and experience handling client documentation.
• Preferred: Active Series 7 and 63 licenses or international equivalents demonstrating regulatory proficiency.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience at a brokerage, bank, or trading platform with significant exposure to compliance-driven workflows.
• Direct experience executing trades and providing client advisory in securities and commodities markets.
• Fluency in reviewing and interpreting market data, technical documentation, and regulatory materials.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce clear, precise technical documentation and nuanced grading rubrics.
• Experience working remotely and independently on complex deliverables is a plus.
