Overnight Customer Service Rep

Volt is immediately hiring for an Overnight Customer Service Rep in Chicago Heights, IL.


As an Overnight Customer Service Rep you will:

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution

Monday - Friday -8:00 PM - 4:30 AM ON SIGHT/NOT REMOTE


The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Pay Rate : $23 /hr.


*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
