Exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to work with PreK through 8th grade students in a dynamic school environment! We are seeking a dedicated professional for a contract position who can provide services either onsite or virtually, offering flexibility to fit your needs. This is a full-time assignment, with a consistent schedule of 40 hours per week, aligned with school hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The setting is located in the vibrant community near Converse, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to students in PreK–8th grade, adapting to both in-person and virtual models as needed.
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress toward IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create an inclusive, supportive educational environment.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, adhering to all state and federal guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.
• Provide support and training to educational staff on strategies and modifications for student success.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Texas SLP License and ASHA CCC required; please submit a copy of your license with your application.
• Previous experience working in school settings is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and adept at building relationships with diverse student populations.
• Comfortable utilizing virtual platforms for service delivery, if needed.
