Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current SLP license—please submit a copy with your application
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Passion for working with pre-K through 8th grade students
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for virtual or onsite settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for referred students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEP goals
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions—onsite or virtually—as determined by the student or school needs
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure holistic student progress
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of evaluations, interventions, and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for service adjustments
• Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment that empowers all students
