Exciting opportunity for a flexible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students from preK through 8th grade in a thriving educational environment near Cibolo, TX! This full-time contract position offers the choice of working onsite or virtually, providing you with adaptability to match your preferences and needs.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in helping students reach their communication and learning goals during regular school hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to deliver expert intervention and support, making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners.

Qualifications:

• Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license; CCC required
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Comfortable working with preK-8th grade students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy and confident providing virtual therapy (if selecting virtual option)
• Please provide a copy of your license with your application

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and individualized therapy for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in accordance with school requirements
• Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and other staff regarding student progress
• Adapt services to best suit the needs of students—whether in-person or via teletherapy
