Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager for a full‑time hybrid role managing the Texas, Oklahoma or New Mexico territory. The candidate will oversee regional sales operations, build and maintain relationships with clients. Responsibilities Developing and executing sales strategies. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Providing sales forecasts and analyzing market trends. Collaborating with internal teams to meet company goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven sales skills, including experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute sales plans. Analytical skills, with experience interpreting sales metrics and market data. Experience in the natural gas industry is a strong advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
