Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with patients to foster open communication and effective therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment interventions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs, backgrounds, and circumstances of each client.

• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions, guiding clients through the healing process while providing tools for coping and improvement.

• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and methodologies as needed to align with their evolving goals.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, including making appropriate referrals to specialists when necessary.

• Engage in ongoing education regarding the latest evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
