This isn’t just a sit-at-your-desk-all-day kind of role—you’ll be up, moving, filing, scanning, and keeping important documents in check. Perfect for someone who likes to stay active while working! ? What You’ll Be Doing Filing, scanning, and validating vehicle titles (aka making sure everything is where it belongs!) Reviewing reports to ensure everything is accurate and up-to-date Managing and organizing files like a pro Updating accounts as new documents come in Checking DMV documents for accuracy (your attention to detail will shine here!) ? What Makes You a Great Fit You’ve worked in a warehouse or healthcare setting (you already know how to handle files and stay organized!) You don’t mind being on your feet and staying active throughout the day You’re detail-oriented and can spot a typo from a mile away ? You’re comfortable with basic computer tasks (data entry, Microsoft Office, etc.) You can juggle tasks and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat ? The Basics High School Diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) Strong organizational and communication skills ?
