As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Asset Management Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, or Strongsville, OH.Due to the nature of the position, we are looking for candidates with the following skills:Partner with Wealth Management, Investment Management, Operations, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and data mapping documentation.Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.Perform gap analyses and recommend process improvements and technology solutions.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.Develop detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
