Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area and surrounding Minnesota service area

Schedule: Full-Time with On-Call and Weekend Rotation

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 per year plus $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do
•Travel to patient homes and care settings throughout your assigned territory.
•Provide skilled nursing care , including wound care, assessments, and medication management.
•Build relationships with patients and families over time.
•Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
•Educate patients and caregivers to support recovery and independence.
•Complete real-time documentation to stay ahead of your day.

What We're Looking For
•Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
•Experience in home health, med-surg, rehab, or clinical nursing .
•Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
•Organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a field role.
•Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
