The Nuclear Medicine Physician aids in early disease detection and treatment, identifying abnormalities before they become clinically significant, which improves patient prognosis. The Nuclear Medicine Physician monitors and treats diseases like cancer, heart disease, and neurological disorders by providing targeted therapies and evaluating treatment outcomes. Requirements: Must have a Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Must be Board Certified in Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). Must have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Nuclear Medicine. Must have current DEA, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications. Must have a current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.
