They perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning, and restocking essential supplies. Housekeepers also report maintenance issues or damages they notice during cleaning to help preserve the property's condition. Their work supports tenant satisfaction and helps maintain the overall quality and value of the property.Perks – The Good Stuff:The Collier Companies 401k match is 100% of your contribution up to 10% of your gross income.Up to 24 days off during your first year with annual increase!Stylish TCC logo attire provided.Comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance.Group & supplemental life insurance policy options.Healthcare reimbursement account & legal services insurance.Career growth opportunities.Industry education opportunities.QualificationsDay to Day:Inspect assigned units or common areas at the start of the shift and prioritize cleaning tasks based on occupancy or turnover schedulesClean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces)Restock toiletries or supplies as neededRemove trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal in designated areasReport maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to property managementCommunicate with supervisors or team members regarding completed rooms and any special requestsFollow property guidelines and safety standards, including proper use of cleaning chemicalsPrepare vacant units for new tenants or guests, ensuring they meet move-in or check-in standardsYour Skills – Show Us What You Got:Customer service, property management, or hospitality experience.Reading, writing, seeing, hearing and/or communication and mathematical skills.Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.Reasoning and interpersonal skillsTactful, mature, flexible and cooperative.Ability to take initiative and follow tasks through completion.Must have valid in-state Driver's License and reliable transportation.
