Inbound Sales Representative (Consultative)

Location: Remote Employment Type: Independent Contractor Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday during training. Post-training, your schedule will vary week to week and will include some weekend coverage.

We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based company operating in a high-demand, live sales environment where inbound interest arrives faster than it can be converted. As we scale, we are building out a team of skilled sales agents who can turn that demand into revenue through real conversation — not order-taking.

About the Role

This role exists for one reason: we have more inbound demand than we can currently close well. We are not looking for someone to read a script and log a call. We are looking for a closer who can take a live, interested customer and move them to a confident buying decision.

You will spend your day in real-time conversations, handling primarily inbound inquiries and reaching out to warm leads when needed. Success in this role is measured by conversions, not call volume. If you are energized by a fast-moving environment, competitive by nature, and take pride in closing, this is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Conversion & Consultative Selling

• Engage customers in live conversations and guide them to a buying decision using consultative selling
• Own your conversion rate against clear, measurable sales targets
• Handle primarily inbound inquiries, with outbound outreach to warm and follow-up leads as needed

Objection Handling & Conversation Control

• Control the direction of live conversations and keep them moving toward the close
• Diagnose and overcome objections in real time rather than deferring or escalating
• Use provided scripts as a foundation while keeping your delivery natural and confident

Live Environment & Systems Management

• Multitask across multiple screens, tools, and applications simultaneously during active calls
• Log interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM so pipeline data stays clean
• Stay current on product, pricing, and offer details so you can answer with authority

Required Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing — not a customer-service background repositioned as sales
• Demonstrated ability to control conversations, handle objections, and consistently convert
• Excellent English communication with a clear, neutral accent
• Comfort multitasking across multiple screens and software applications during live interactions
• A highly reliable internet connection and a dependable remote work setup
• Availability for a variable weekly schedule, including some weekend coverage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume inbound sales, call-center, or BPO sales environments
• Prior experience selling into the U.S. market
• Familiarity with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot
