Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients to identify their mental health needs and goals.

• Design individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Implement therapeutic interventions, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring the integrity and privacy of client information.

• Engage in regular consultations and team meetings, sharing insights and case studies to enhance client outcomes.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families, fostering resilience and effective coping strategies.

• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health care, integrating new techniques and research into practice when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health issues. Through comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment plans, you will empower clients to navigate their unique challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• An active, unrestricted license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• A strong foundation in solution-focused therapy with proven experience providing therapeutic services in individual or group settings.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated by positive client and peer interactions.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and team collaboration.

Preferred Experience\n
