Warehouse AssociateKingz Kimonos is a growing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Uniforms and Apparel business. Our goal is to provide our customers with a wide variety of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu supplies at competitive prices and with superior customer service. We are looking to fill the position of Warehouse Associate. The successful candidate will be able to execute their work according to the company's standards and best practices and work collaboratively with our existing staff.Schedule: 40 hr weeks, open availability (Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, Saturdays 10am-3pm)Hourly Wage: $20.00-22.00 per hour (DOE)ResponsibilitiesProcess, package and ship orders accurately and efficientlyOrganize stocks and maintain inventoryInspect products for defects and damagesExamine incoming and outgoing shipmentsOrganize warehouse spaceReceive, unload, and sort incoming inventory items appropriatelyCheck, verify and fill customer invoicesAbide by all company safety and hygiene regulationsContribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing proceduresCan safely operate a 26 ft U-Haul box truck with a standard class C drivers license if neededPerforms other duties as requestedRequirementsProven warehouse experience (minimum 2 years working in a warehouse facility)Working knowledge of computer programs for entering dataSolid understanding of health and safety regulationsBasic math and recording abilitiesTeam player with organizational skillsGreat communication and interpersonal abilitiesKeen eye for detailHigh school diplomaDrivers license with a clean driver's recordOccasional overtimeBenefits offered for this jobVacation (1 weeks paid vacation for the first year, then 2 weeks thereafter)Paid holidaysGroup Health insurance401(k) planEmployee discounts on Kingz productsOpportunities for advancement in a positive work environment
