Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the best solution. Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system. Assist customers with order placement, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues efficiently. Qualifications Requirements Proven experience as a Customer Service Agent or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking. Ability to handle high volume of calls and multitask effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
